The challenge is to translate complex tasks into clear, guided experiences while maintaining user control, and to define a scalable approach where video enhances understanding without adding friction or cognitive load.
Developed A/B storyboard prototypes comparing static UI prompts with AI-assisted video guidance. Applying structured storytelling, narrative sequencing and pacing principles. Planned moderated usability sessions to observe behaviour, interaction patterns and decision-making, capturing how each approach influences clarity, confidence and task progression.
